Women & Weights

Group Personal Training Class geared towards women. Gain confidence and improve your performance by Learning how to incorporate weight lifting into your workout plan. Our Fitness Staff will be able to teach you everything you need to know to get started!

Meets: Mondays from 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Cost: $20 ($5 per class)

Will take registrations until 3/26/18 @ 7:00 PM

Must have Wellness Center Membership/Access to register
