 erspectives\, and shared purpose.\n\n \n\nThis year's featured speaker is 
 Dr. Mohiba Tareen. Dr. Tareen is a physician\, entrepreneur\, and philanth
 ropist whose career reflects a deep commitment to excellence\, service\, a
 nd creating opportunities for others. A board-certified dermatologist and 
 Mohs skin cancer surgeon\, she is the founder and Medical Director of Tare
 en Dermatology. \n\n \n\nGiving back has been a constant throughout Dr. Ta
 reen’s life and career. In 2026\, she and her husband\, Dr. Basir Tareen
 \, made a transformational $5 million commitment to the University of Nort
 h Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences to establish UND’s Departm
 ent of Dermatology and endow the Tareen Family Chair of Dermatology. \n\n 
 \n\nHer philanthropic interests are especially focused on creating opportu
 nities for children and families\, with particular emphasis on education\,
  housing\, and food insecurity. Dr. Tareen brings a powerful perspective o
 n leadership\, generosity\, and the lasting impact individuals can make wh
 en they invest in people and the communities around them.
