Welcome Weekend Residence Hall Move-In will take place on Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

• All students will need to sign up for a move-in time slot to help the campus manage traffic and limit congestion.
• Due to construction, we are working closely with campus partners for best routes to avoid traffic delays.
• All students will check in at their assigned hall and staff will be distributing keys and other relevant information.
• All belongings and boxes must be labeled with your Name, Residence Hall and Room Number.
• Example: Jane Doe, McVey Hall, Room 123B
