Sanskrit for flow, move in and out of different postures utilizing strength and flexibility. Leave this class feeling better mentally and physically.

Class is held on Tuesday's at 5:00 pm, Wednesday’s at 4:00 pm, & Sunday’s at 6:00 pm (45 minutes)

For safety reasons, this class is limited to 40 participants. Participation is first-come-first-serve.
