Started in 2014, Voices of the Valley is a community writing project that connects local writers with the diverse population that resides in the Red River Valley region while offering a local artistic experience for the entire community. This year's theme is "Humans and Animals."
Founded in 1970 and held every year since, the UND Writers Conference is a three-day event featuring authors, poets, and artisans. Committed to community outreach and engagement, all conference events are free and open to the public. For more information about the conference schedule and featured authors, visit UND Writers Conference.
