Kickboxing requires no equipment or previous experience. The killer music and great choreography make this class adaptable to any fitness level!

The video and audio were off. I couldn't hear the music very well, and the video kept stopping. I'm sure it's just a matter of figuring out how to record and replay, or something like that. I did enjoy the class that was held the Tuesday before.
