For the next Dean's Hour and TRANSCEND Seminar Series, Gary G. Schwartz, PhD, MPH, Professor
of Population Health, will discuss the implications of high radon levels in North Dakota. Radon is
an important, preventable cause of cancer and likely stroke, and offers many research
opportunities for intervention studies.
