College students lead very busy lives which can lead to feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, and anxious. Participants in this workshop will learn how stress and anxiety can impact the body both physiologically and psychologically. Additionally, participants will learn strategies and techniques to help better manage these feelings, which can lead to a more balanced school, work, and personal life.
Workshop is open to new and current UND graduate students.
Hosted by the School of Graduate Studies in partnership with the University Counseling Center.
