Let’s #TBT to the 80’s Fitness Scene of leg warmers and Jane Fonda tapes and join us for a solid workout that will give you an all-around cardio experience that’s sure to elevate your heart rate and leave you with a good sweat! 

 

No experience is necessary as we’ll take you through the steps!  

This is a free class and open to students, faculty, staff and Wellness Center members! 

Must have a UND Parking Permit to use the Wellness Center lot.

Must bring UND ID and sign a special event waiver upon arrival if not a current UND Wellness Center member.
