Rural Practice Association is excited to be hosting the Honorable Nathaniel Hibben who serves as the Circuit Court Judge of Wyoming's Eight Judicial District, Goshen County. Judge Hibben will be joining us over Zoom and will be presenting on "Rural Practice for Young Attorneys". Judge Hibben will be discussing the issues smaller counties are facing due to fewer and fewer new attorneys choosing to practice law in small counties and what state Bars can do to address some of these difficulties.
