About this Event
This workshop can help you become a more efficient researcher by equipping you with strategies to organize and manage your research. See how investing time at the outset to learn basic methods to organize, annotate and share your research can pay off in efficiency, effort and energy. We will be demonstrating how to use the free citation manager Zotero, but the lessons are applicable to a variety of platforms or approaches to organizing information.
Note: the Chester Fritz Library will offer several how to, hands-on sessions specific to Zotero in the weeks immediately following this workshop.
By the end of this session, you should be able to:
• Identify helpful resources to organize and manage your research
• Apply techniques to organize and manage research depending on the tool used
• Know how to contact your subject librarian
Presented by Chester Fritz Librarians: Alfred Wallace, Aerospace and Sciences Librarian and Kristen Borysewicz, Humanities and Fine Arts Librarian.
Currently enrolled graduate students are invited to attend. Registration is required to attend. Register here. Zoom link will be provided upon registration.
This workshop is sponsored by the School of Graduate Studies and the Chester Fritz Library.
