About this Event
Organized by the UND Print Club and curated by Vickie Arndt, curator for the Public Arts Commission in Grand Forks, this exhibition celebrates the talent of Art Department students who have formed an enthusiastic printmaking community. Students from the Print Club have taken up the challenge of reinterpreting Andy Warhol's “Flowers” series, resulting in an impressive body of work.
The public is invited to the opening reception of “Flowers Through the Eyes of Warhol” at the Alerus Center, Door No. 6, from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 7. The exhibition will run until December, and the public also is invited to view and enjoy the artwork created by these talented students.
