An experiential webinar and conversation about how mindfulness can help you engage with the present moment and act with purpose. Learn how you can begin to apply mindfulness to your life and manage your body's response to stress. 

Mindfulness Practices Now is a webinar being conducted by staff of the University of North Dakota Counseling Center. The webinar is facilitated with the understanding that the limitations of this presentation will not allow for facilitators to engage in rendering mental health services and that it is not intended to be used as therapy.
