Mindful or Mind Full? An Introduction to Mindfulness Practice

Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed and burnt out? Graduate studies take a toll on our sense of self, mental health, and overall well-being. In this one-hour workshop, you will be introduced to the basic tenants of mindfulness and self-compassion practice. Participants will also have the opportunity to practice these skills in real-time. Resources for ongoing practice will also be provided.
