About this Event
Mental Health First Aid is an eight hour training session that aims to assist participants in ways to help someone who may be experiencing a Mental Health problem or a Mental Health crisis. The evidence behind the program demonstrates that it helps trainees identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders.
Prior to training-you will need to complete a two hour self-paced course before the scheduled date of your online session. Once you have signed up for training, you will have access to a Learning Management System to access pre-course material.
