Enhance your focus, mindfulness & insight with this Meditation & Movement class held every Monday @ 8am this semester! Here you will explore the practice of formal guided sitting meditations, as well as practicing meditations using both still poses and mild, low impact movement that comes from Qigong and restorative yoga. Guided by Nathan, a University Counseling Center Mental Health Therapist, you’ll have opportunities to experience self-exploration, self-discovery, reduction of stress, increased relaxation, and connecting with other.
