About this Event
Graduate students lead very busy lives which can lead to feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, and anxious. Participants in this workshop will learn how stress and anxiety can impact the body both physiologically and psychologically. Additionally, students will learn strategies and techniques to help better manage these feelings, which can lead to a more balanced school, work, and personal life. Services available at the University Counseling Center will be shared.
Hosted by the School of Graduate Studies in partnership with the University Counseling Center.
This workshop is open to currently enrolled UND graduate students.
