Making Progress on the Thesis/Dissertation: Overcoming Common Roadblocks

Tuesday, November 19, 2019 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm

The School of Graduate Studies will sponsor a teaching workshop for both new and current graduate students.

This workshop is brought to you in partnership with the Teaching Transformation and Development Academy as part of the School of Graduate Studies teaching workshop series.

In this workshop we will discuss common challenges faced by writers and strategies for overcoming these to develop productive writing habits. Participants should come prepared to write and develop an individual plan for writing success. Please note that these workshops are designed to address general writing principles and practice writing skills that should transfer across disciplines. This workshop is open to graduate students from any discipline and at any stage of the writing process.
