Curious about how UND is doing on its LEADS strategic plan and where we have room to grow? Join us for LEADS in Action: Turning Data into Direction, a fun, interactive event open to all faculty, staff, students, and community members. 

At this come-and-go style gathering, we will share key data that highlights UND’s progress, celebrates successes, and identify opportunities for continued growth. Participants will be invited to engage with the data by sharing “brags,” “worries,” “wonders,” and “bets,” helping to turn insights into ideas that can inform next steps in LEADS implementation. 

Your feedback matters. Comment boxes throughout the event will make it easy to share perspectives, surface challenges, and suggest opportunities in a way that is inclusive, transparent, and accessible to everyone. 

Bonus: Snacks and LEADS stickers will be provided! Attendees can earn stickers for each LEADS core value where feedback is shared. Those who provide feedback across all core values and complete a brief reflection will be eligible for a LEADS lapel pin, and spring ‘26 graduates have the opportunity to earn a LEADS gratitude stole.
