Interested in how UND is progressing on its LEADS strategic plan and where there may be opportunities to grow? LEADS in Action: A Shared Look at Progress is an Open House format that offers a flexible, self-guided way for faculty, staff, students, and community members to explore key data and share feedback throughout the week. 

During this week-long open-house style experience, data displays will highlight progress across LEADS goals, celebrate areas of strength, and surface opportunities for continued improvement. The displays will be available all week, allowing participants to stop by at a time that works for them, reflect on the information, and contribute feedback at their own pace. 

Opportunities will be available to share observations, questions, and ideas. Your input will help inform ongoing LEADS implementation work and helps ensure campus and community perspectives continue to be reflected in LEADS implementation priorities.
