Does the weight room intimidate you? Don't worry, we've got you covered. Intro to Weight Training is a small group training class that will help you learn the basics of weight training, how to program workouts effectively, and build confidence for any weight room floor. Cost is $35 for this 4-week session. Sessions will run Tuesdays at 5 pm, starting January 26th. Register today!
