Intro to Weight Training

New to weightlifting? We have just the thing. Starting Feb. 5th, join us a the Wellness Center for Intro to Weight Training class. This 4-week class, led by a certified personal trainer, will teach proper lifting techniques and how to program a workout! 

Wednesday at 6 p.m.
