Hydration Challenge

Hey! WATER you up to?! Drinking enough water everyday is good for overall health. As plain drinking water has zero calories, it can also help with managing body weight and reducing caloric intake when substituted drinks with calories like regular soda.

Drinking water can prevent dehydration; a condition that can cause unclear thinking...resulting in mood change, causing your body to overheat, constipation or kidney stones. In fact, the National Hydration Council attributes that 1 in 10 cases of tiredness are caused by dehydration.

Register for the Hydration Challenge TODAY and receive your very own reusable water bottle!! (while supplies last) OH! And don't forget the chance to win PRIZES!

Loved being challenged to drink more water with my peers especially as the weather starts to warm up!

I am enjoying the challenge. Somedays I do drink more water that the drop down allows (120). But I like the accountability and journaling is a great reminder to stay hydrated
