Get Moving Challenge

Are you ready to Get Moving?! This is a 4-week challenge to increase your physical activity.  You will keep track of your steps and motivate you to move MORE throughout your day.  You can register as an individual or form a team (up to 6). You can challenge other teams or decide on a group (walker, runner, strength trainer).  Registration starts March 12th and the challenge goes from April 1st - April 28th. Click HERE for more!
