I highly appreciate the doctor Richard F. Duncan because he is going to introduce the law of free speech on the college campuses. I think is an excellent initiative by the Richard F. Duncan because if the colleges are bound to provide free speech facilities it will improve the communication skills of the students. I hope the government will approve this law and will apply it all over the country.
