About this Event
This closed, therapy group is an 8-session self-compassion group for graduate and undergraduate students assigned female at birth, who struggle with perfectionism, chronic self-criticism, burnout, and difficulty setting boundaries. The group integrates CBT for clinical perfectionism with mindfulness- and self-compassion–based practices, informed by relational and feminist perspectives. Sessions focus on reducing shame and comparison, developing a more supportive inner dialogue, and fostering more sustainable, values-based ways of relating to self and others.
