We are excited to announce that Bethany Hamilton will be the featured speaker at the 2025 Delta Gamma Foundation/Everson Family Lectureship in Values & Ethics on Monday, May 5, at the Chester Fritz Performing Arts Center. The event will start at 7 p.m. and is free to the public. No registration is necessary. 
 

Bethany Hamilton, the inspiration behind the major motion picture Soul Surfer, has one of the greatest comeback stories of our time. At age 13, the rising surf star lost her left arm to a 14-foot tiger shark, an injury that seemed to end her dream career. However, one month after the attack, Bethany returned to surfing and, within two years, won her first national surfing title. Today, as a professional surfer, speaker, author, wife and mother, Bethany continues to share her story inspiring people worldwide to live an Unstoppable life.
