Marketing & Communications offers free monthly Headshot Days for UND faculty and staff to update their professional portraits for university and professional use.

When & Where:
Once per month, 8 a.m.–1 p.m.

Cost:
Free

Appointments & Walk-Ins:
No appointment is required. Walk-ins are welcome throughout the day. A limited number of optional appointment slots are available for those who prefer to reserve a 10-minute time window. The 8–9 a.m. hour is typically the busiest; mid-morning and early afternoon often have shorter wait times. Make your appointment here. 

Photo Delivery:
Photos are shared via an emailed link approximately one week after the session. Images are uploaded to the UND Directory within about one month.

Group Visits:
Departments planning to attend with five or more people should email marketing@UND.edu in advance so we can prepare. Very large groups may be scheduled for a dedicated session.

Eligibility:
Available to UND faculty and staff. Students, student employees, and alumni should contact UND Career Services for headshot options.
