Common Mental Health Issues and Resources for Students

Participants in this workshop will learn more about common mental health struggles, techniques to reduce stress, and resources they can utilize as students. This workshop will also give time for Q&A throughout the workshop.

This workshop is brought to you in partnership with the School of Graduate Studies and the University Counseling Center.
