A unique volunteer program that provides elderly and new American residents in our Northside Community to be partnered with groups of driven student volunteers seeking opportunities to build connections while making a direct impact on the community that our Fighting Hawks call home during the academic year. 

Students will assist residents with home/yard work like raking leaves, changing light bulbs, organizing, shoveling snow, planting a garden, etc for 10 hours between February and May while fostering conversations and exchanging stories to cultivate a community of connections. Orientation event Feb. 23 (2:30-4:00), 10 volunteer hours between February and May, final celebration in May.
