It can help control weight, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and improve your mental health and mood. That's where the bicycles come in! Biking is a simple way to help reach the CDC's goal of at least 150 minutes of physical activity per week. It's easy on the joints and environmentally friendly! Challenge a co-worker or your department to get those wheels moving.
