We know that frequent, timely feedback is an important part of the learning process. Providing feedback, however, can be time consuming and often feels like it does not lead to improvements in students’ work. This session provides strategies for giving effective and efficient feedback on students’ work.

Participants will:

• Discuss options for providing feedback at different stages of the learning process
• Explore tools for providing feedback in different learning environments
• Identify strategies for providing feedback to promote specific learning outcomes
