Barre fitness is a combination of ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, and yoga.  Classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves. 


Class is held Tuesday at 6:30 am, Thursday at 6:00 pm, and Friday at 11:00 am (45 minutes).
