Banning Children's Books: A Discussion

Monday, March 18, 2024 3 pm to 5 pm

Panel discussion in connection with the exhibit "Maurice Sendak - 50 Years” presented by the North Dakota Museum of Art, March 14 – May 12, 2024.

Panel is free and open to the entire community. Monday, March 18, 2024, at 3 pm in the Chester Fritz Library, Rm 406 (Zoom option available, see details below). Refreshments will be served.

Panelists will provide their perspectives on the history of banning and challenging children's books as well as the current cultural climate and situation, and their suggestions for how to respond.
