Learn how to be a Legal Observer and protect our community from unlawful conduct by ICE. Join us as we host guest speaker Dalton Erickson, Executive Director of North Dakota Human Rights Coalition, who will be training attendees on how to become a "legal observer."

A legal / constitutional observer is a trained individual who publicly observes, documents, and records constitutional and civil rights violations by ICE and other law enforcement. Serving as a legal observer is lawful and protected by the First Amendment. While being trained is not required per se, it is highly valuable to know what your rights are and how you can protect yourself.
