Graduate Students: Celebrate the start of the semester with food, games, and fun!

Join us on Monday, August 25 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Gershman Graduate Center (corner of Centennial & University Ave). Enjoy a picnic lunch and games. Welcome remarks from Dr. Soojung Kim, Graduate School Interim Dean, and Dr. Art Malloy, VP for Student Affairs, will begin at 12:00 p.m.

Open to all new and returning graduate students. RSVP here by noon on August 20 to receive a meal ticket. Please bring your student ID for check-in (if you have one).

In the event of rain, the picnic lunch and games will be moved to the 2nd Floor of the Chester Fritz Library (Reading Room, Room 225). An announcement will be sent by email on the day of the event if we need to move indoors.
